*Due to an ever-expanding team, they are looking for a General Manager to start-up their Japan operation with an office based in Tokyo

*Campaigns are both B2B and B2C, and frequently implemented on a global basis
Responsibilities
* As Regional Head, the General Manager will play the key role in setting up and establishing the Tokyo operation. You will take a commercial role responsible for new business generation, revenue growth and profit margin and staff recruitment.
* International team management is essential to this role ensuring team members have the right level of technical knowledge to service clients effectively.
* You will also work closely with a core team of dedicated new business professionals on strategy, lead generation and pitching activities
Requirements
* A minimum of seven years' experience, ideally in an Associate Director and new business capacity:
* Creative and media led approach
* Extensive client servicing experience
* Previous new business exposure
* Strong commercial knowledge
* Proven leadership and team management skills

* Remuneration: 14 to 18 Million Yen
