*Country Head at a global Company who partners with Pharmaceutical companies

*Our client is a Global Company who partners with Pharmaceutical companies to provide research based end to end solutions for pharma clients
*They have three main arms of business: Material business (pharmaceutical packaging material for solid uni dosage), Clinical trials, Research and innovative solutions
*They supply material for making blister packs for tablets. We also do clinical trials management for pharma companies and also do stability studies for pharma companies
*Innovative solutions is the branch for which we are looking out for a Person in Japan
*This person will be the Country Head in Japan

Responsibilities

* To study and research on major volume brands and successfully convert them in innovative packaging solutions
* To evolve innovative packaging concepts/ideas which would enhance customers brand positioning leading to increased brand sales/profits
* To successfully leverage our research and design services to convert brands in Bilcare innovative packaging
* To develop strategic relationship with top volume pharma majors and focus on conversions of their key volume brands in our innovative packaging
* Systematically monitor the progress of development from concept to commercialization of the conversions
* Responsible & accountable for the brand conversions numbers & tonnage
* To position the company as the preferred partner for Packaging solutions

Requirements

* Excellent presentation and influencing skills
* Creative ability with an analytical skills
* Flair for innovation in packaging
* Independent, self-motivated and resourceful
* Ability to translate ideas to concept
* Detail oriented
* Project-oriented
* Good IT skills including PowerPoint
* Entrepreneurial and resilient team player
* Native level Japanese and Business level English

Additional Notes

* Reason for opening: Replacement

* Remuneration: 11 to 14 Million Yen

* Benefits: *Our client will pay the attractive salary of up to Yen 14,000,000 plus bonus
