Our client, who is one Fortune 500's most dynamic, is looking for a strategically minded person with Direct Marketing / CRM experience at an FMCG, Fashion, or Cosmetics company to drive their huge membership program

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the companies overall success in the Japan Market.
* Japan Prime Business Reporting and Metrics
* Development of Japan prime strategy
* Execute marketing and retention programs for Japan operations
* Execution of global initiatives

Requirements

*Experience managing a subscriptions business
*Proven track records of building great products and driving effective processes
*Experience in driving projects and delivering them on time and on budget
*Native Level Japanese and Fluent English is required

* Reason for opening: New Position due to Expansion of the Department

* Remuneration: 10 to 13 Million Yen
