Responsibilities

* Manage all daily operations for the Japan IT environment
* Ensure uptime of servers and workstations
* Coordinate with overseas offices for IT Project Work (relocations, upgrades, etc)
* Reporting directly to the APAC IT Manager in Shanghai

Requirements

* 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
* Experience working with vendors to accomplish project work
* Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
