Responsibilities

* IT infrastructure and IT helpdesk services for HQ, Tokyo Office, Factory and 100 stores.
* Lead Network & Server development, PC desktop services / Telecommunication.
* Lead IT literacy improvement by Group-Ware solution, Web 2.0 tools.
* Co-work and operation with global HQ and other countries.
* Overlook and understand business process and operation all area. Collect business and system requirements for IT services and IT improvement then IT plan.
* Domestic and Global networking / telecommunication / IP conference system.
* IT infrastructure Server environment involving Mail server, File server, GW server.
* Desktop administration for all users about 300 staffs.
* Security and BCP backup system thinking cost, speed, stability.
* Support IT Manager to define IT strategy and IT improvement Plan.

Requirements

* Strong knowledge and experience IT network development and maintenance. Domestic and Global networking、WAN、LAN、VPN、IP.
* Strong knowledge and experience Server installation and maintenance.
* Strong knowledge and experience of telecommunication. Desk phone / portable phone / IP phone, best solution in cost and usefulness
* High level verbal and written communication skill in English.

Additional Notes

* Report to IT Manager and leader position of helpdesk team with staffs.
* Some work will be done at the Tokyo office.
