Responsibilities
* Establish strategic direction and lead the development of training designs
* Plan, develop and implement training programs
* Plan and implement curriculums that incorporate business specific modules, as well as life skills modules
* Develop and execute all syllabus, faculty, environment, content and communications efforts
* Establish, lead and oversee Education and Training strategic direction and initiatives
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to determine business needs
* Assure policies, corporate culture and visions are translated into operational terms
* Establish strong alignment/relationship with HQ for global education and training strategies
Requirements
* In-depth experience to drive strategies
* Experienced in establishing training center for individual performance development
* Experienced in leading innovative projects to support corporate strategies
* Strong communicator in both Japanese and English
