Responsibilities
* Operate General HR duties supporting a business line
* HR system introduction, establishment, operation and maintenance control
* Support employee performance management and annual compensation review
* General labor management
* Provide Organization Development support
Requirements
* Over 7 yrs HR experience (at least two of these: labor management, recruiting, HR planning, compensation and benefits)
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
