Responsibilities

* Identify and anticipate company’s immediate and future HR needs
* Formulate, implement and regularly review/amend HR policies and practices
* Participate in regular management meetings to discuss company performance
* Work with Regional HR to conduct the annual employee survey
* Manage all recruitment and selection activities
* Develop and implement a staff retention strategy
* Develop and maintain a competitive C&B strategy
* Implement the new competency-based performance management system
* Carry out staff counseling
* Actively encourage career development
* Develop cost effective training programs

Requirements

* Seven to ten year’s progressive HR experience gained with multinational companies
* Management experience with a readiness to train and develop staff
* Strong communication skills in Japanese and English

* Remuneration: 13 to 15 Million Yen
