Tax Manager

*This company is an internationally renowned entertainment company
*Already creators of some of the most recognized video games today, this company is strengthening their corporate team
*Currently, looking for a Manager with good English skills to coordinate for tax related issues with subsidiaries

Responsibilities

*Report to Tax General Manager
*Support Tax General Manager in a team of 3 staff
*Develop and manage internal tax policies in accordance with local tax guidelines
*Establish quarterly and annual management planning and review processes
*Work closely with senior to develop a Transfer Pricing strategy
*Manage and maintain the internal tax consolidation system

Requirements

*3+ years of taxation and fixed asset experience preferred
*Tax CPA preferred
*Strong written English communication skills; ability to understand English contracts
*Knowledge of corporate law a plus

Additional Notes

* Reason for opening: Open Position due to Retirement

* Remuneration: 9 to 12 Million Yen

* Benefits: Up to 12 million depending on skills and experience
