Responsibilities

*This position controls, develops, implements and coordinates policies and programmes as it pertains to human resources activities within the division
* HR including administration of company policy & programmes
*Recruiting and Employment, Salary & Bonus appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Creating Effective Organisation, Training and Development, Occupational Health, Employee Communications

Requirements

*Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Administration and Human Resources either at a foreign affiliated, fast growing, wholesale or manufacturing company
*The individual should have good command of English and should be proficient in PC
