Responsibilities
*Work as an HR Generalist, supporting across all HR areas as needed, with a focus Organizational Development
*Support HR Director and other HR colleagues across OD, C&B and Employee Relations
*Work in a dual role as a Generalist focused on OD and as a Business Partner
*Take lead role in Employee Relations and Internal Communication
*Be flexible to take on other HR duties on an ad hoc basis
Requirements
*3-5 years HR experience preferred, in both domestic and multi-national companies
*Strong understand of at least one HR function (e.g. Recruiting, C&B, Training, etc.)
*Willingness to take on some administration amongst HR duties
*Proactive thinker who wants to develop as an HR professional
*Interest in working in a small team
