Responsibilities

* Accountable and responsible for revenue maximization
* Develop and implement sales strategies
* Direct and manage all sales activities and resources in Japan
* Ensure timely and accurate gathering and reporting of latest market trends and competitor pricing
* Develop and manage operating budgets
* Provide clear and accountable performance measurement and timely coaching & guidance to the Sales team

Requirements

* Knowledge and experience in the Travel & Airline Industry (Travel Agency experience preferred)
* Strong communication skills both in English and in Japanese (native level ability required)
* Sales & Marketing experience in a management or supervisory roll (supervising at least 5-10 people)
* Basic financial management skills

* Remuneration: 10 to 13 Million Yen

* Benefits: *The client is willing to pay up to 13 Million JPY, plus incentives, depending on experience
