Responsibilities
Office Administration
* Manage all office administrative matters in terms of general affairs, including maintenance of facilities and infrastructure
* Interface with the Office Management dept. of the building on issues related to fire prevention, health and safety
* Plan and manage office space, interior and layout
* Plan and manage office move and relocation, when necessary
* Manage all administrative purchasing matters
* Manage physical custody of company assets and leased equipments
* Manage the vender and their contracts such as travel agency, security and cleaning company
Management Support
*Travel arrangement
*Responsible for updates and circulation of employee emergency contact list
*Arrange/Coordinate company events
*Checking budget and expenses and act as advocate for expense savings initiatives
*Coordinate and assist with ad hoc projects
*Back office support including administration, receiving guests, and the like.
Requirements
* University degree
* More than 2-3 years related experience; retail industry background is a plus
* Office Relocation/Layout Change experience is plus
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet.
* Highly developed organizational and coordination skills
* Ability to manage priorities and focus on deadlines
* Excellent negotiation skills and communications skills (written and oral)
* Self confident and ability to adapt to change and be flexible in all situations
* Business level of English is a plus

* Remuneration: 6 to 9 Million Yen
