Responsibilities

*Ensure the effective deployment of corporate HR strategies
*Develop and deploy segment HR strategies
*Work with market segment HR business partners to develop regional leadership team
*Plan, budget and manage HR costs for business unit
*Work closely with senior management to provide critical HR strategy
*Implement appropriate recruiting Strategies

Requirements

*8-10 years of solid HR experience
*Experienced in managing HR functions in a sizable manufacturing plant or multi-plants with lean resources
*Previous experience in managing M&A activities and post M&A integration activities would be an advantage
*Proficient in both English and Japanese
*Be able to build good working relations with the local government, labor bureau and union
*Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
*Willing to be hands-on

* Remuneration: 18 to 24 Million Yen
