Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Japan consumer quarterly forecast & actual process
* Improve the accuracy and predictability of the outlooks and forecasts for the business
* Support the compliance with internal controls and accounting policy.
* Learn and share best practices from both inter-region and intra-region.
* Develop a strong working relationship with Marketing, Services and Operations leaders
* Coordinate Finance deliverables for corporate planning as well as executive presentations to the management within the stipulated deadlines
Requirements
* Accounting/Finance or related experience (8-10 years)
* Accounting knowledge
* Analytical skills
* Financial modeling skills
* Interpersonal and communication skills
* Energetic and results driven
* Proficiency in English & Japanese
* Shall be familiar with spreadsheet/database operation
* Working experience in multi-national/multi-cultural environment
* People management experiences is preferable
* Accounting qualifications including but not limited to university degree in Accounting/Finance or The Official Business Skill
* Test in Book-Keeping qualified by the Japan Chamber of Commerce. MBA with finance/accounting major will be a plus
