Responsibilities
*Act as an architect over three areas: Telephony, networks and security
*As part of a team, be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting networks and voice systems
*Be responsible for designing and developing call centre architecture
*Identifying and resolving telephony and contact centre relater problems
Requirements
*An understanding of telephony systems, in particular IPT, PBX, fax machines etc
*VoIP, PBX and IPT design and implementation experience is highly advantageous
*An understanding of security products and requirements is necessary, including anti-virus software, vulnerability checking tools, firewalls etc
