Responsibilities
*Plan and implement strategies for recruiting and staffing
*Work with other managers to determine headcount and budget
*Work with third-party recruiters to meet staffing needs
*Encourage skills development among staff at all levels
*Implement and carry-out standardized appraisal system
*Report directly to the HR Director in Japan
Requirements
*5+ years experience in Human Resources positions
*Experience and background in recruiting is preferred
*Good knowledge of organizational development, including appraisal
*Strong communication skills in English & Japanese
