Responsibilities
* Managing cost timelines and improving the costing process
* Increase company awareness regarding cost drivers
* Contribute to regional growth by using the companies full potential and by proposing cost-based solutions to achieve objectives
* Establish and enforce standardized costing procedures.
* Drive product costing negotiations where appropriate to ensure the best possible prices
Requirements
*Technical knowledge of the garment industry
*Bachelor’s degree, or technical degree with major focus in apparel textile or manufacturing
*At least 5 years of progressive experience in the apparel industry
*Fluency in English & Native Level Japanese
