Responsibilities
*Prepare and send the pre-confirmation for Cash and Repo trade
*Capture trade data in Back system
*Allocate trades in Front system
*Request the security data set up
*Ensure accurate data feed from Front system to Back system
*Check and follow up the settlement for off-shore trade
*Handle transaction related query from internal/external clients
*Participate in system change/enhancement projects
*Other relating tasks
Requirements
*More than 3 years+ experience of FID Middle Office for foreign bond trade
*Good understanding of foreign fixed income products especially for US bond and MBS settlement
*Good communication skill in English
*Team player capable of working independently
*Client Centricity Mind-set
*Change/learn mind set for efficiency increase
*Fits to a challenging environment
*Ability to understand and address their issues & needs within the team, other back office department members and the Business
