Responsibilities
*Response to requirements from external authorities and effectively communicate with them.
*Propose and conduct internal trainings in order to provide thorough instruction in compliance issues.
*Guideline to ensure thorough information disclosure to clients.
Requirements
*3 years compliance experience (or internal audit, internal control
*Broad business eperience
*Banking experience and securities experience preferred
*Regulatory reporting
*Native-level Japanese
*Business-level English
*Familiarity with circulars, websites, precedents etc.
