Responsibilities

*As the Sales Director you will lead an enthusiastic Sales Team
*You will also work with the other Management team members to use and expand upon the established business model in order to achieve and expand the annual Sales budget
*You will also be expected to open new doors to business, and to increase shop productivity

Requirements

* Clear decision making in conjunction with the other management teams.
* Strong negotiation skills, brand passion, rich Sales background with strong communication skills are necessary.
* Native Level Japanese Proficiency, and Business Level English

Remuneration:
*15 Million JPY plus bonus
