Responsibilities
* Coordinate with colleagues in global and regional HR to adapt and implement global HR initiatives in Japan
* Plan salary system and welfare program
* Provide other support to the HR division as needed
Requirements
* Experience in HR-related work or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
* Relationship skills and international mindset needed to liaise with overseas office and internal expats
* Excellent PC skills
* A strong passion to develop as an HR professional in a world-class organization
