Responsibilities
*Develop new HR system including planning, payroll, and evaluation systems.
*Establish and improvement or elimination of HR rules and guidelines
*Design and implement performance monitoring system and compensation system
*Create and develop measures and policies to activate organization
*Manage and develop at least 2 staff
Requirements
*Bachelor’s Degree
*Business level written and spoken English
*Knowledge of HR policies and practices in Japan
