A privately owned foreign company with a reputable name in the cleaning/hygiene industry
Responsibilities
* Work in a large HR team and report to HR Director
* Main responsibilities will be coordinating recruitment at both new-grad and mid-career level
* Secondary responsibilities will be focused on training, including assisting in the creation of new training programs and communicating company values
* Help to maintain current HR systems and develop new ways to effectively support the business
* Support HR Department in all other areas as required
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in HR
* Excellent spoken and written English and Japanese
* Proactive and able to work independently without guidance
* Team player and able to demonstrate good organizational skills
* Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
