Company Description
A privately owned foreign company with a reputable name in the cleaning/hygiene industry
Responsibilities
* Manage company benefits and compensation
* Handle employee relations (transfer, promotions and demotions)
* Manage personnel data of all staff (permanent, contract, ex-pats, part-time and temporary employees)
* Manage contract renewals for contract employees
* Implement compensation and year-end tax adjustment
* Revise employee handbook (work rule)
* Social security administration service for all staff
* Performance evaluation scheme
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in salary, payroll, social insurance and labor management matters
* Experience in employee evaluations, job grading and salary/bonus issues
* Knowledge of Japanese labor law
* Excellent spoken and written English and Japanese
* Proactive and able to work independently without guidance
* Team player and able to demonstrate good organizational skills
* Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
