Company Description
*Working hours: 9:00 - 5:00 PM, but start time is flexible (8:30 - 10:00 AM)

Responsibilities
*Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing
*Various reporting
*Tax and audit preparation
*B/S Reconciliation
*Participation in system discussions
*Develop a team of professional staff to achieve excellence
*Administration of and improvement in internal control
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
*Monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing and US reporting
*Month-end Cash planning and borrowing/loan arrangement
*Assist in tax return preparation
*Assist / participate in internal and external audits
*Ensure internal control compliance through daily accounting work
*Deal with miscellaneous inquiries from other department and corporate
*Recruit and manage staff
*Participation in various system discussions (post implementation)
*Participate in management, business & strategy discussions as needed.
*Build teamwork in Accounting and across departments.
*Check & authorize All Vouchers and accounts reconciliations
*Sarbanes and Oxley project participation
Requirements
*Degree in Accountancy preferable
*Three years as an Accounting Manager in a foreign subsidiary
*Fluency in English (TOEIC 800)
*US CPA preferable
*Knowledge and experience in Japanese tax law and tax returns
*Experience in working with ERP (MOVEX , Oracle preferable)
