Responsibilities
*Be responsible for managing projects as a leader
*Work as part of a team to design and develop systems based on Windows
*Develop and install work applications for the company, including SFA (Sales Force Automation) applications
*Communicate with users and engineer applications to their specific requirements
Requirements
*Be a good team player with excellent communication skills in Japanese
*Some understanding of English is required
*Have project experience as part of a team
*Experience leading projects is desirable
*Must have experience developing with various languages such as .NET, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET
*An understanding of databases is essential, SQL Server or Oracle being particularly desirable
