A household name consumer product company looking for energetic and result-oriented staff to manage its exclusive product lines
Responsibilities
* Lead overall product management activities in the following ways:
* Build the marketing strategy for its execution
* Brand Essence and Positioning Develop a clear understanding of how our product is defined in the minds of the consumer (brand essence)
* Develops a powerful positioning based on the brand essence, key brand benefit, target consumer understanding and competitive brand positioning
* Interface with overseas suppliers
* Supervise and train assistant product manager (if any)
* Establish good communication with Sales / Administration / Corner/Shop Staff
Requirements
* Strong leadership, positive and aggressive, but team-oriented
* A University degree
* An advanced degree in marketing or business such as an MBA is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Solid knowledge and excellent creativity in marketing strategies and operations
* Over 7 years of working experience in a consumer brand
* Have a curiosity and passion for consumer branded products
* Strong oral and written command of Japanese and English
* Computer skills: MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail.
