Company Description

A Global leader in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry seeking for a dynamic, and result-oriented Brand Manager

Responsibilities

* Directs and participates in the development of marketing plans, sales forecasts, profit and expenses and market share objectives for CV Japan
* Drives or participates in the annual and long term marketing strategies and plans for in-line and new product, new markets and new ventures
* Manages the promotional and advertising activities in accordance with marketing plans including budget
* Monitors and Analyses progress made in marketing programs and campaigns

Requirements

* 5 years of progressive brand management experience earned from big consumer marketing companies (FMCG a strong preference)
* Experience of brand P/L responsibilities
* Experience formulating brand strategies
* Demonstrated experience in working with a broad range of sales and marketing teams, preferably in a global organization
* Preferred background would include product line experience involving a physician “gatekeeper” in the sales mix as well as mass merchant distribution channels
*This could include key account experience representing an OTC drug company division, or pharmaceutical sales experience prior to a consumer products care
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to relate well to people in large, multi-national organizations
* A persuasive individual with excellent presentation skills and the ability to get support for his/her programs and plans
* An organized individual, comfortable at multi-tasking, and able to prioritize amongst many competing activities
* Strong analytic and strategic reasoning skills, particularly as they relate to leveraging consumer and customer insights to achieve new sources of competitive advantage in the marketplace
* Solid business acumen, able to develop plans and budgets, and then operate within those guidelines
* Confident individual with instant credibility who is able to function in this new and relatively unstructured function
*Ability to speak and read Japanese & English
