Manager - Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities

*Manage team of Finance and Accounting staff
*Maintain General Ledger, validate financial results and produce financial statements in accordance with IAS
*Preparation and reconciliation of books according to IAS and JGAAP
*Report to and liaise with Headquarters
*Analyse and improve processes
*Supervise Tax returns

Requirements

*Native-level Japanese and Business-level English fluency
*More than 5 years of practical Finance/Accounting experience, ideally in foreign organisation with knowledge of JGAAP & IAS plus Japan Taxation
*Practical skills in Excel/Word/Outlook
*SAP experience is an advantage

Additional Notes

* Reason for opening: New Position due to Business Expansion

* Remuneration: 8 to 10 Million Yen

* Benefits: *Our client is prepared to offer a salary up to JPY 10 Million, the exact amount being dependent on skills, experience, and current earnings
