Responsibilities
*Dally P&L production and attribution of P&L
*Trader mandate and stop loss monitoring FOB0 reconciliations
*Ensuring appropriate provisioning levels for all trading books
*Interfacing and working with traders. - involvement in projects pertaining to FI PCG in Tokyo
*Trading Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliation of Sub-ledgers to the GL
*Ad-hoc project work
*Other as required
Requirements
*University degree required
*1 years of experience in product control at investment bank
*Good appreciation of varied banking products
*Understanding or strong desire to understand Operational risk issues
*Excellent communications skills
*Good understanding of banking systems and their potential constraints
*Ability to work with the trading desk as a “business partner” while maintaining complete independence of the control function
*Team player, good analytical skills, conscientious, high integrity, pro-active
*Ability to work under pressure
*English and Japanese language fluency preferred
