Accounting Manager

Leading International Hotel Chain with hotels and reports in all corners of the globe

Responsibilities

* Preparation of the periodic financial and management reports
* Ensures accurate recording of inter-company transactions and reconciliation of inter-company balances
* Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts at the end of each period
* Prepare the budget and forecast and analyze variance
* Support director of finance in providing business analytics and business partnering role with the business managers
* Liaise with internal auditors, external auditors and outscoring accounting firms.

Requirements

* This position will directly manage one person
* 3-5 years of Accounting experience is essential
* Native level Japanese and Business level English required
* Ability to multi-task and work in a very flexible and constantly changing environment
* Must be self motivated and be able to work independently
* Good team player and willing to help other staff
* International mindset and hospitality& service oriented

Additional Notes

Remuneration:
Up to 8.5 million depending on skills and experience
