Responsibilities

*Ensure that company policies and procedures adhere to government regulations and GAAP requirements
*Management of Inventory, fixed assets, other assets, accounts payable, other liabilities
*Balance sheet review with entities month basis, Focus on reviewing of expenses report and capital expenditures
*Support to business developing in order to achieve service and operation results
*Lead SOX participation as cycle owner for the cycles of Risk management, Income tax, Financial reporting and consolidation
*Work closely with sales/marketing team, business developing department and manufacturing
*Provide leadership in the management of accounting resources to ensure achievement of business plans and objectives, and to preserve the assets and financial standing of the company
*Participate in tax returns and compliance with the tax rules of both country and local
*Responsible for clean and Internal audits

Requirements

*8 Years more of accounting management experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment
*Must have USGAAP & JGAAP experience
*Professional/Technical Knowledge
*Familiarity knowledge of ERP system
*Advanced Integration ability; Understands the business interaction including manufacturing, sales and market promotion activities
*Good communication skill and team work
*Native Japanese with advanced English communication
