Responsibilities
*Creating confirmations to the clients
*Client service such as settlement inquiry for JPY as well as other markets
*Sales / Sales trader support (eg. creating execution reports)
*New client adoption / Sub-account opening
*Trade capture / Position reconcile
*Manage team member
*Coordinate Project
*Support Sales trading desk in their trading by thorough investigation of account-opening / settlement issues
*Send trade confirmation by mail, fax and all other kinds to the clients
*Leverages our ability to see all elements of the trade lifecycle to aid internal communication within the firm by acting as liaison between Front Office, Operations, Controlling, IT and Business Management
Requirements
*Successfully completed JSDA examination
*2-10 years in Equity business (Middle Office, Settlement or Sales Assistant)
*PC skill (Excel, Word)
*Japanese essential and English communication and writing skills
*Time management is strongly required
*Good communication skills
*Basic knowledge of Japanese equity products
*Due to being a client face department, accuracy is significant to lead to client satisfaction
