Responsibilities

*Overall responsibility and supervision of accounts department
*Review cash / bank payments, perform duties as a bank signatory
*Month-end, financial closing and management reporting
*Responsible for audit and taxation matters
*Develop technical, commercial, management skills as well as personal
competencies of all employees
*Identify High Potentials and train their management skills
*IT development relating to various accounting and commercial application in liaison with O& I and business administration
*Ensure compliance of accounting procedure with local and internal standards
*Ensure all financial transactions are in in compliance with the company's policies and procedure

*Up to 14 Million Yen
