Finance Manager

Responsibilities

■ Strong knowledge of local statutory, legal, accounting and tax requirements
■ Review cash / bank payments, perform duties as a bank signatory
■ Month-end, financial closing and management reporting
■ Responsible for audit and taxation matters
■ Adequate understanding of US and International GAAP is essential
■ Provide direction on financial / compliance matters to the OMD
■ Hands-on and pro-active in dealing with all kinds of finance and administrative matters relating to a US MNC operating in Japan
■ Ensure all financial transactions are in in compliance with the company's policies and procedure

Requirements

■ More than 8 Years experience in Auditing, Accounting & Finance
■ Experience in teamwork with different nationalities is compulsory
■ High level of business English reporting to ASPAC head office
■ good working knowledge of spreadsheets such as EXCEL is essential. Ability to write macros in EXCEL and experience in SAP would be advantageous
