Responsibilities

* Be able to responsible of the implementation of the HR development activities and tools, such as Performance Appraisal System, and Feedback Process
* Good knowledge of training methdologies and career & development system
* Work closely with employees interview, identifying areas of improvement, creating systems and implementing training to improve communication internally to drive motivation within the company.

Requirements

* More than 10 years business experience
* 5 years HR experience
* 3 years development area experience
* Good PC skills (MS word, excel, power point)
* Ability to communicate affectively in Japanese in a business situation
* Business level English
* Training experience
* Good interpersonal skills
* Large company or foreign company experience prefered
