Infrastructure Manager

Company Description

A leading asset management firm is seeking an experienced specialist to manage their IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the overall performance, support and planning for the Tokyo office technology infrastructure. This includes working with Managers and Teams to plan budgets and expenditures, as well as working one-to-one with team members for support and performance reviews. In this capacity, you will also set performance expectations for your teams. Leading regular discussion panels and meetings, as well as identifying new technologies to boost productivity will also be a key function of this role.

Requirements

* Excellent communication in both Japanese and English
* Demonstrable history of flexibility and initiative
* Extensive management experience in an international environment
* Strong infrastructure background in networks, servers and vendor management
* Previous experience in the finance industry
