Company Description
*This well-known financial firm is looking for an experienced candidate for their operational process management/improvement. Reporting to Head of Banking directly. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes challenging, hands-on duties and is confortable with commmunicating with Sr.management.
Responsibilities
* Assist a business unit to achieve their strategic objectives
* Manage and implement key projects, including process and system change
* Create and manage standard operating procedures
* Continually search for opportunities to offshore support function processes where appropriate to lower unit operating cost
* Responsible for the development and implementation of Six Sigma practices
* Establish a quality improvement team that will ultimately be responsible for running a Quality Council
Requirements
*Possess at least 4 years of experience as Project Manager, leading large scale project implementation
*Have strong discipline in process mapping, process design and process re-engineering
*Good knowledge in technology applications
*Strong writing skills in English and Japanese
*Strong leadership and people skills
*Good communication skills, verbal and written
*6 Sigma Black Belt Certification from a reputable institution is preferable
*Have worked in a financial institution is preferable
*Intermediate English skills both reading and writing
