Responsibilities
*Manage the IT Team for Japan
*Work with the Asia-Pacific manager on multinational issues and concerns
*Be responsible for supporting local infrastructure, including networks and servers
*Be responsible for troubleshooting local technical problems
*Be responsible for budgets and make hardware purchasing decisions in line with local company needs
*Be responsible for complying with SOX policies and providing documentation and evidence of compliance
Requirements
*Excellent communication skills with some language ability in both Japanese and English
*Experience within IT, specifically with Lotus Notes
*Experience in troubleshooting and server support, including experience with Windows/Active Directory
*Experience in a multinational environment desirable but not required
