Company Description
*One of the top Securities house is looking for a manager for their domestic fixed income settlements team.
Responsibilities
*Supervise Domestic Fixed Income Settlement Group (4 staff) to run the group
*Closely work with the VP for objective setting, development and performance review of the staff
*Ensure internal policy/rules as well as regulatory compliance is adhered to in the area of responsibility
*Ensure that the Team members provide adequate client service to internal/external clients
Requirements
*More than about 5+ years of Fixed Income Middle Office or/and Settlement experience
*Experience of managing about 2 - 5 people
*Good understanding of Products, and if possible loan background
*Fits to a challenging environment
*Ability to analyze/resolve problems and provide solution to the Team
Additional Notes
Remuneration:up to 14M JPY depending on skills and experience
