Responsibilities
*Japanese cash equity agency execution trader who will mainly trade single stocks and possibly program trades in the near future
*Main focus will be on best execution for our customers, such as beating bench marks set by clients and executions taylor-made to their instructions
*Communication not only within the team, but with sales traders is essential part of the business
*Providing various market information/trading ideas to clients/sales/sales trading will be included in daily duties
*Taking initiatives in developing algorithms to seek more quality and efficiency
Requirements
*Trading experience/knowledge in equity (preferably in Japanese equity)
*Team player
*Communication skills
*Bilingual
*PC skills
