Responsibilities

*Provide services to Corporate Customers pertaining to their Account Maintenance, FX Check Clearing & Cash Management transactions
*Ensure our customers are happy with our services and prospects are confident in our service quality
*Enhance our relationships with the customer by developing relationships with the account contacts
*Liaise with product managers as to propose and implementation of new services
*Responsible for the Treasury Services revenue for those customers assigned to Client Service
*Main client Service contact for top tier customers.
*Responsible for proactive service management
*Make regular visits / calls to customers
*Provide on-site training to customers on Treasury Services products, e.g. check product knowledge, operating procedure
*Prepare Proactive Service Profiles and conduct service reviews with clients
*Improve our service quality by collecting and providing feedback to and from customers
*Involve and provide sales support during sales process.
*Participate in new complex customer implementations and responsible for non complex implementations.
*Oversee and feedback the Service Quality to top tier customers.
*Investigate / resolve complaints from the customers and escalate service issues

Requirements

*Understanding of financial institution markets and Treasury Services products, such as FX Check Clearing, SWIFT, clearing products/process, trade
*Good presentation & communication skills
*Self motivated, Detail oriented and client focused
*Analytical and creative
*Outgoing and amiable personality
*Good team player with ability to work independently
*Interpersonal communication, Client Service concept, Open minded to new/innovative changes, Manage lost situation, English communication in both writing and speaking
*University Degree Holder
*Client Service experience
*Treasury Services/Global Cash Management product
