Responsibilities
*To plan and develop fund products
*To manage RFPs
*To manage off-shore advisors
Requirements
*Planning, development of fund products
*Understand retail fund market
*Communication skill (with off-shore entities)
*Good oral and written English Skills (Need to communicate with HK and London via e-mail and telephone, to write approval risk in English and to negotiate terms and conditions)
*Experience in fund management – Preferable
*Experience in foreign equity sales and/or derivatives – Preferable
*Analytical skill (statistics, etc.) – Preferable
*Background in non-Japanese asset management company - Preferable
