Seeking Director to assist in Japan Partner in leading and managing the company

*Leading global provider of internal audit, compliance, risk management and technology solutions
Responsibilities
*Assist the Japan Partner in leading and managing the company
*Coordinate engagements
*Planning towards the further expansion within Japan
*Communication with head office overseas
*Management of the organisation and team as a whole
Requirements
*15+ years experience with a recognized Big 4 firm and/or consulting firm
*Supervisory experience with audit staff and the performance of concurrent audit engagements
*Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
*BA/BS in accounting or related field, MBA strongly preferred
*JCPA or other CPA required
*CIA, CISA, or CFE certifications are advantages
