Responsibilities
*Prepare functional specifications as per the project requirements
*Work closely with the project manager
*Allocate and monitor tasks to team members
*Ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables
*Take part in development if needed
*Prepare test case
*Technical reviews with the team members
Requirements
*Minimum 5 Yrs of experience in IT field
*Minimum 2 Yrs of experience as a team leader
*Ability to handle a team of 5-6 members
*Very strong technical skills (JAVA,.NET Etc.,)
*Good knowledge in RDBMS (Oracle, SQL etc.,)
*Team / people handling skills
*Good communication skills
*Should be very good in Japanese (Minimum JLPT level 2)
*Ability to communicate in English is preferable but not must

Up to 8Million Yes depending on experience
