Responsibilities

* Implement and administer pension and cash balance plan implementation and administration for client firms
* Utilize knowledge of pension and labor laws to review and update employee rules and regulations
* Work in a team of professionals to provide first-class HR solutions

Requirements

* 3 - 5 years HR work experience in finance or another high speed industry
* Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits, pension plans, and Japanese labor laws
* Minimum 2 years experience in payroll processing
* Book-keeping 2nd class knowledge or equivalent
* Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills in Japanese.
* English ability is a plus
