Responsibilities
*Management 10-12 HR professionals
*Provide HR consultancy advice in the area of labor law, employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievances, redundancy, deployment, staff terminations), payroll, and benefits to foreign-affiliated firms
*Review and collation of Rules of Employment
*Payroll Calculation and Social Insurance Administration
*Project management for new customer implementation
Requirements
*At least 10 years or equivalent of relevant HR work experience in finance or other high speed industries including managing experience
*Expert knowledge of HR compensation and benefits, pension plans, labor laws and social insurance
*Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
*Excellent bilingual communication abilities (English and Japanese) and the ability to interact with clients and provide great customer service
