Responsibilities

* To handle Employee Relations issues including (but not limited to) issues from employees relations, in working environments, in employment, relating to mental health
* To lead projects such as Employee Health & Safety System implementation project, Grievance Procedure project and etc, and to sustain the programs
* To provide the interpretation of the Worker Rule (existing rule) and to add revision to it as appropriate
* To provide administrative supports to Winning Culture project

Requirements

* Having professional experiences in HR function(s), preferably at an international company (or companies) at least for 5 years
* Having excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill
* Having good project management skill
* Being a team player
* Ability to work efficiently in Japanese and English
