Responsibilities
*Drafting of Fixed Income derivative product confirmations.
*Monitoring incoming trades and drafting physical/electronic confirmations based on regulations stipulated in the ISDA agreement
*Receiving and processing of drafted confirmations returned by clients, including review of document, verification of confirmation details, and closing off of records within our internal system
*Liaising with Front, Middle, and Back office in order to address issues with trade confirmations and resolve issues in a timely manner
*Following up with clients to ensure proper signing and prompt return of outstanding derivative confirmations
*Working with Technology to address issues with automation, such as template revisions. Also to test enhancements and fixes to the system to ensure data quality and control over drafting
*Working with our London team to reduce errored confirmations, as well as to work on projects to reduce manual work done within the team
Requirements
*Native to near native Japanese speaker
*Cantonese/Mandarin speaking abilities a plus
*1-2 years document handling experience, either in drafting or processing
*Experience in Fixed Income Derivativ* a plus
*Knowledge of the ISDA master agreement as well as ISDA definitions
*Detail-oriented
*Proven communication skills, especially over phone/via e-mail
*Excellent time management skills
*Proven people management skills
